LIL BEAR NOW AVAILABLE

June 19, 2012

Lil Bear rental is finally available to rent.  I can’t seem to get it posted to the rental page, so for now this will have to do.  It is a 4×8 weighing approximately 700 lbs.  The sleeping area is 46″ x 80″.   Accommodates two adults.  It is a 2006 Tag A Long built by Lil Bear manufacturing out of Redding (thus, the name).  A bit different than what Joe builds, but you will still get the teardrop experience, the looks, the “what is is” and “do you sleep in that thing?”.  It comes with all the same convenience items as the other two rentals, bedding, kitchenware, 2-burner propane stove and a coleman cooler that sits on the front trailer.  The liLil Bear Galleyghts run off the battery.  Lil Bear FrongThere is no 120v on this one, but not a camping necessity anyway.

GRATEFUL AND OVERWHELMED

May 7, 2012

Thanks to Sunset magazine, our phone have been ringing and email over-flowing.  I’ve caught up on the phone calls for rentals, but the emails are a bit over-whelming.  Plus, we attended our annual Dam Gathering at Lake Shasta and forgot to change our voice message…my apologies on that one.  We are slowly trying to answer all the other phone calls and emails, but there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day.  I just wanted to let you know we appreciate all the response and all the enthusiasm on behalf of all the teardrop builders.

WE ARE ON THE COVER OF SUNSET MAGAZINE!!!

T SHIRT PICTURES – PART II

November 13, 2011

WE HAVE T-SHIRTS! PART I

November 13, 2011

Fall is here and I have figured out why it is called “fall”.  Not for the trees that lose their leaves, or the orange, brown and green colors that bask in the shortened sunlit days, or the cooler air that circulates throughout Sonoma County.  No, it’s a reminder that, again, I have “fall”en behind in all the tasks planned for the year which have not yet been completed, like set up an on-line store on our website.  Have you seen it yet?  No, because it’s still on my “to do” list.  Well, we have T-Shirts for sale now and no store page on our website.  So, in the mean time, consider this our “store”.   See Part II for T-shirt pictures.

Price $18.95 ($2.00 extra for XX-Large), plus $5.50 shipping and CA sales tax.

Women’s shirts have the shorter sleeve and come in small, medium, large, X-large and XX-large.  Colors are soft yellow, violet and black.

Men’s shirts have the regular short sleeve and come in medium, large, X-large and XX-large.  Colors are charcoal, tan and black.

Both styles are 100% pre-shrunk cotton.  Design by Blair O’Neil of Integris.  Shirts printed by Printed Image of Chico, CA.

If you want to order a T-shirt, email vacationsinacan@comcast.net or call me at 707.228.9944.

Leslie.
