Our ever-popular teardrop trailer rentals will sleep 2 adults in the well-appointed and cozy comfort of teardrop trailer luxury.

REQUIREMENTS FOR TOWING A TEARDROP TRAILER:  (Locally recommend Campway’s on Santa Rosa Avenue 707-584-4433 or a U-Haul service center). 

  • Class I (rated at 2,000 lbs) or higher hitch installed.
  • 4-pin flat electrical hookup for tail lights or adapter to a 4-pin.
  • Current vehicle insurance.

    • Light weight and can easily be maneuvered by hand or vehicle.
    • You don’t need a large truck – can be pulled behind most vehicles, including 4 cylinder cars (you will need a hitch)
    • Fits under a pop-up canapy to get you out of the weather (for extended rainy periods… and we can tell you some stories about that!
    • Feels more like camping  (After all… isn’t that the point of a campground adn the great outdoors?)
    • No more leaky air mattress and plus it’s easier to climb out of bed!
    • Tear droppers experience a unique accomodation and are the likely to be the center of attention in any campground.
    • And last, because we believe teardrop trailer enthusiasts have more fun!

    Picture this – we pulled into a beautiful campground in Oregon.  It was late, the weather was wet and we were tired.  We backed the teardrop trailer into our space, unhooked it and maneuver it by hand into position.  We climbed into the cubby for the night.  Next to us is a large trailer desperately trying to maneuver into the long RV space.  After several attempts and a half hour later, our neighbor’s trailer is finally in place.  But he’s not done.  Next, he levels the trailer, hooks up the water and sewer and finally, climbs into his trailer.  I don’t know about you, but we want to spend more time relaxing than working when we camp.  How about you?
